All donations made to RelaxMU are voluntary and non-refundable.

By completing a donation, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are making a voluntary contribution to support the server.
• You are not purchasing a product or service, but receiving a virtual reward as a thank‑you.
• All virtual items, coins, credits, VIP status or bonuses received are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in an automatic permanent account ban.

Any attempt to reverse a donation through PayPal, bank dispute, or credit card chargeback will be considered fraud. All associated accounts will be permanently banned, and the dispute will be contested with proof of digital delivery.

If you did not receive your donation reward due to a technical error, please contact us within 48 hours and we will manually verify and deliver your reward.
